What's the difference between a burglar alarm and an intruder alarm?
Nothing — they're two names for the same thing. Both detect and deter break-ins, and you'll see the terms used interchangeably.
Are your alarms monitored? Do you offer police response?
Our systems are self-monitored: when a sensor triggers you get an instant alert on your phone, so you can respond, call a keyholder or call the police yourself. We don't provide alarm-receiving-centre (ARC) or police-response monitoring — that requires separate certification — so if fully monitored police response is essential for you, we'll tell you honestly up front.
Are the alarms wireless or wired?
Wireless — so there's no channelling walls or trailing cable, which means a quick, tidy install. We can also work with or upgrade an existing wired system.
Are they pet-friendly?
Yes. We fit pet-tolerant motion sensors so cats and dogs won't set the alarm off.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes — arm and disarm from the app wherever you are, and get instant alerts the moment anything triggers.
Are there any monthly fees?
